In the late 1800s, our family emigrated from Germany, opened a butcher shop and, soon after, a cattle dealing business in the New York metro area.

As the family business grew, we shifted to wholesale meat distribution and eventually to directly sourcing specialty meats and other top quality ingredients.

We saw restaurants needing better quality products and customer service. So in 1996, we launched North American Meats & More to provide premier chefs and restaurants with the highest quality food products available.

Today, the fifth generation travels the world to connect with farmers and producers, securing the very best for our customers.
