Fresh Wild Mushrooms

There are two primary fresh mushroom seasons in the Pacific Northwest: Spring and Fall. Morels and porcinis grow prolifically in the Spring. In the fall, chanterelles and lobsters pop up first and grow bountifully into the winter, followed by hedgehogs and black trumpets. We work with foragers in the Pacific Northwest and ship directly to you.
